All that I have imagined to have eaten, all that I have eaten and is no more…the best and most precious foods given to us by the earth and that our mothers have prepared for us… but today, good, genuine and fresh produce no longer exists and neither do the loving hands that once caressed it as if it was the ‘food of the gods’.
Tutto quello che ho immaginato di mangiare, tutto quello che ho mangiato e che non c’è più…le cose più buone, le cose più preziose che la nostra terra ci ha donato e che le nostre mamme ci hanno preparato…ma ora le cose buone, fresche e genuine non ci sono più…e non ci sono più neppure le mani belle che le accarezzavano come fossero ‘cibo degli dei’ …
